The role
What this job actually involves
This is a full-time, hands-on role across the full scope of a client campaign. You won't sit on the sidelines writing strategies for somebody else to execute. You'll write content, plan landing pages, improve paid and organic performance, track lead quality, and keep every task moving.
You'll work directly with three to five clients through Slack and Staff App. Each week, you'll document progress, explain what the numbers mean, and recommend the next practical improvement.
We'll support you with an SOP library, weekly coaching, quarterly training, one-to-one mentorship, and AI-assisted systems. You'll still need to learn quickly, take ownership early, and be comfortable working on real client accounts from day one.
What you'll be doing
- Optimise Google Ads campaigns to improve return, click-through rates, conversion performance, and lead quality.
- Build keyword strategies and make on-page SEO and content improvements that help client websites earn more relevant search visibility.
- Write long-form blog posts, landing pages, and campaign copy that match each client's audience and commercial goals.
- Plan low-fidelity wireframes for landing pages and websites before design and development begin.
- Communicate directly with clients through Slack, keep tasks current in Staff App, and report progress each week.
- Use WhatConverts, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and campaign data to track leads, conversions, rankings, and profitability.
- Recommend campaign and process improvements instead of waiting to be told what to change.
- Record Loom walkthroughs and document useful processes so the rest of the team can reuse what works.
Who we're looking for
- Strong long-form writing skills, with the ability to turn complex marketing ideas into useful client-facing copy.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, landing pages, conversion tracking, and lead generation.
- Careful task management and attention to detail across several client accounts at the same time.
- Client-ready written and spoken communication that is structured, direct, and easy to follow.
- A practical focus on campaign results, lead quality, deadlines, and the value delivered for the time spent.
- The confidence to suggest improvements, ask for help when needed, and own an outcome without being chased.
- The ability to stay organised and adaptable when client priorities move quickly.
Accountability
How success is measured
- Tasks are completed on time and the value delivered is proportionate to the time logged.
- Campaigns produce tangible improvements in qualified leads, conversions, traffic, or search rankings.
- Clients receive consistent progress updates and their tasks stay documented in Staff App.
- Your first-week review shows that you can adapt, manage priorities, and produce work that meets the required standard.
Compensation and support
What you'll get
- 100% remote work from the Philippines or South Africa, with no commute.
- Monthly performance bonuses of up to ₱10,000 or R2,800.
- Staff referral bonuses of ₱10,000 or R2,800 for successful hires.
- Client referral bonuses of up to ₱20,000 or R5,600 for each new client.
- Prepaid health insurance for Filipino team members after 120 days, with up to 80% coverage.
- Paid time off starting at five days per year and increasing with tenure.
- Paid birthday leave plus Christmas and New Year company holidays.
- Weekly coaching, quarterly training, and ongoing access to practical marketing education.
Tools you'll use
What to expect from the work
- This is a 40-hour-per-week role that needs your full professional focus. It isn't designed to run alongside another full-time job, studies that conflict with the schedule, or competing freelance work.
- You'll have flexibility in how you organise your day, but deadlines, availability, client communication, and time tracking are non-negotiable.
- Client work is logged in Staff App and payroll time is logged in Trackabi. Time records protect both the team and the accuracy of client reporting.
- You'll work on real client responsibilities from day one. Coaching and training are available, but you'll be expected to learn fast and act on feedback.
