You are reserving access to a managed specialist team, not buying disconnected freelancer hours. We track the time transparently so you can see where your capacity is going.

What happens if I need more capacity?

Accepted Answer

If it looks like your priorities will use the remaining hours, we'll tell you before doing extra work. You can reprioritise the queue, wait until your capacity resets, add a 10-hour capacity pack, or move to the next plan when the higher workload is ongoing. We never add paid overage work without your approval.

A full-time senior marketing professional costs over $120,000 per year, plus benefits. Finding a qualified one who's actually available is hard enough. We don't offer general refunds. Our work is detailed and bespoke to each client, and we invest significant time understanding your business before we start. Cancellations otherwise require 30 days' notice with one additional billing cycle.
